Definitions and Key Terms
Refers to Peace Patrol Security Services, the provider of security services under these Terms and Conditions.
Refers to the customer or entity receiving security services from Peace Patrol Security Services, as outlined in these Terms and Conditions.
Terms and Conditions
- Company: Peace Patrol Security Services.
- Client: The customer receiving security services.
- Services: All security activities provided by the Company.
The Company will provide professional security services as outlined in the agreement and in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
This Agreement shall commence on the Effective Date and continue until terminated. Either party may terminate this Agreement with 30 days’ written notice. The Company may suspend or terminate this Agreement immediately upon nonpayment, breach of contract, or concerns regarding safety and security.
Fees for services will be as agreed upon in the service agreement. Payment is due within 15 days of invoice date. Late payments will incur a late fee of 1.5% per month. The Client is responsible for all costs of collection, including attorney fees.
The Client agrees to provide accurate and complete information, maintain safe premises, and cooperate fully with security personnel.
The Company maintains liability insurance coverage. The Client is responsible for insuring their own property and assets.
The Company’s liability is limited to direct damages up to a maximum of three months of fees paid by the Client. The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
